Olea europaea spiral

Height: 0,6–0,8 m

This type of olive is an evergreen tree with a spiral trunk, which with its light gray, smooth bark and silvery green leaves is a special decorative element in any garden. The trunk height is 0.8-1 m. It blooms in May. Its fruit is the familiar olive, which is eaten while still green but turns black later when ripe. It loves hot sun and is not fussy about soil, but it likes it sandy. It tolerates drought well. It is frost-sensitive, but its winter hardiness extends to -15°C. A perfect choice as a potted plant, so that when winter comes, we can move it to a safe place.
